Life doesn’t always go according to plan, and sometimes it takes a personal journey to uncover what truly matters. As a single father, I’ve learned resilience, not just in managing my own challenges, but in supporting the people I love through their toughest battles. My journey into gut health wasn’t sparked by my own digestive issues, but by seeing the impact that digestive struggles had on my son’s mother and my stepson.
